They have total three different branches. The main headquarter is located in the Sydney, and other two branch offices are located in the Melbourne and Brisbane. To sharing their data or information between these all three branches, they use drop box facility and to manage the payroll for entire organization through MS Excel files. Which at the end of the fortnight, the managers in charge of payroll from Melbourne and Brisbane would send all payroll related information to HQs payroll manager to process (Zissis, Lekkas, 2012). Now they want a secure cloud system to manage their data and payroll system. In this report a detail description of the cloud system and their vendor's details are present. Moreover, a comparison between three different cloud vendors also given in this report. Organization Background Child protection is a philanthropic association situated in Australia. They have absolute three distinctive branches. The primary headquarter is located in the Sydney, and other two branch workplaces are situated in the Melbourne and Brisbane. They utilize drop box office to sharing their information or data between these every one of the three branches. Moreover, to deal with the finance for the whole association through MS Excel documents. Which toward the end of the fortnight, the directors responsible for funding from Melbourne and Brisbane would send all finance related data to HQ's finance supervisor to prepare. Cloud computing is a figuring that primarily trusts on upon benefit distribution as different to taking care of users by proximate servers or separate tools. A cloud delivery model says to a specific, pre-bundled combination of information technology possessions offered by a supplier (Shiraz et al., 2013). By the help of the new cloud system they can store all the data in one place and all the data will be stored securely (Chen Zhao, 2012). Moreover, the PaaS will provide a payroll system. Therefore, the branch managers do not need to manage the payroll system in the excel system. If the cloud system implemented then it will impact on the employment.
